The first time you call, enter your account number followed by the # sign. You will be prompted to enter a PIN.  This PIN is the last four digits of the PRIMARY account holders Social Security Number. You will be prompted to create a PIN number no less than four digits and no more than fifteen digits. 

Once you have gone through the set up process above you will be able to call from any touch-tone phone at any time of the day or night.
